Competition Period:
The Metro Muse Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM (AEST) on 12th February 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 18th February 2024 (Competition Period). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

Eligibility:
Entry is open to residents of Australia and the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Straand PTY LTD, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and any agencies associated with this competition (including their immediate family members) are ineligible to enter.

How to Enter:
To enter, customers must place an order on Straand.com during the Competition Period. Each order qualifies as one (1) entry into the draw, regardless of order value. Canceled or refunded orders will not be counted as entries.

2. Winner Selection & Notification:
   The winner will be drawn at random on 18th February 2024 and notified via the email address associated with their order. The winner must respond and claim their prize within three (3) business days of notification. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.
   
   
3. Shipping & Delivery:
   
The prize will be shipped to the winner’s provided address at no additional cost. Straand PTY LTD is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or incorrect delivery details provided by the winner.

Straand PTY LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
